I can't see any results in my account

The reason for the missing data is that we've not received it from the testing lab. The most common reason for this is not including a BVDFree England form with your sample submissions. Going forward, if you send a form with all your submissions your results should be uploaded automatically. You can download forms from:

To upload your missing results you'll need to contact your laboratory. If you inform them that you've done BVD tests and would like the results uploaded to the BVDFree England scheme. The lab will then be able to explain their procedure (they might also be able to confirm why the results haven't been uploaded).
