Many of my farmers don’t have an email address. Can they use our practice email address to complete the registration process?

Yes that is absolutely fine. All you would need to do is get their consent that they are happy for you to receive electronic correspondence on their behalf and agree how best to pass that on, for example by printing and posting to them.
